This was a simple matter of listening to the client's problem (the Washing Machine Water Shut Off Valve was leaking) then solving it quickly! As a homeowner or renter, you should start a list of things around the house that just don't seem to work or irritate you. You then can start to fix them in an orderly fashion.
In this video, the client's problem was that they had to turn the water off and on every time they did clothes washing. While the wash was running, they worried about the leaking water running over onto the floor and also the expense of the wasted water. They are relieved and pleased that this is a problem that is solved!
